1. How much is the discount?

Each eligible user will receive a $15 discount voucher (applied at SmartTicket checkout).
(Note: Final discount format may vary between a flat $15 or up to $15 depending on SmartTicket’s setup — details will be confirmed on the landing page.)


2. Who can participate?

  • Anyone who is new to Freedx

  • Must complete KYC verification successfully

  • Must redeem the voucher before tickets sell out


3. How do I claim my discount?

  1. Create a Freedx account

  2. Complete KYC verification

  3. Contact Freedx Customer Support via chat

  4. CS Team will verify the account details and provide you with the code

  5. Apply the code during checkout on SmartTicket


4. Where do I use the voucher?

At the SmartTicket checkout page:

  • Enter the voucher code in the promo code field

  • Your ticket price will automatically be reduced


5. How long does KYC take?

  • Most verifications are approved within a few minutes

  • If flagged for manual review, it may take up to 1 business day


6. How long does it take to get my voucher after KYC?

Once your KYC is approved and verified by support, you’ll receive your voucher code within the same day, unless additional checks are needed.


7. Can I use more than one voucher?

No. Each user/account can receive only one voucher code for this promotion.


8. What if I complete KYC but all vouchers are gone?

Vouchers are limited and issued on a first-come, first-served basis. If they run out, support will notify you and no additional vouchers can be issued.


9. Can I withdraw or trade after signing up?

Yes! You can use your Freedx account as normal, trade, deposit, or withdraw. The promotion is simply an extra benefit for signing up and verifying.
