Is my country or residence/nationality restricted from registering on the platform?

To ensure compliance with regulatory standards, access to our products and services is governed by a client’s nationality and country of residence. Below is a summary of how different scenarios are being processed: 

 

  1. 1. Restricted Nationality & Residency 

  • Users who are nationals and residents of countries listed on our Restricted Country List will not be able to register or access our platform. 

  1. 2. Restricted Nationality, Permissible Residency 

  • Users who hold restricted nationalities but live in a permissible country might get their KYC rejected initially. 

    If your situation meets these conditions and you can prove your country of residency, please contact support@freedx.com for further assistance and a manual review.

  1. 3. Permissible Nationality, Restricted Residency 

  • Users holding permissible nationalities but live in a restricted countries will not be able to register on the platform due to regulatory and compliance reason. 

  1. 4. Citizens and residents of the U.S.A*

  • Citizens and residents of the U.S.A., regardless of their residency status, will not be able to register on the platform.
